A sad goodbye

You may or may not have noticed my lack of blogging last week. Well, there was a reason that I didn't feel like blogging. On Monday, after work (and my last post) I came home to find both of our puppies, George and Georgina (Nina for short) dead in our backyard. I won't go in to the horrific details of the event as I still find it very hard to deal with, but basically they were attacked in our yard, some time Monday morning.

I took Tuesday and Wednesday off work to try and deal with what happened, but I still don't think it has completely sunk in. I love those puppies and they were part of our family -unfortunately not for long enough :( It has hit my mum the hardest and she says her way of dealing with it will be to get another puppy to avoid the deafening silence in our house at the moment. I am sure I will blog about that in the week to come, but for now.. here is a tribute to George and Nina xoxo.

RIP.

  9. Thank you for all your wonderful thoughts and well wishes. It is a terrible time and I don't think there is any right way to mourn a loss of someone you love. I'm sorry to hear that other people have felt the same loss recently.

    Thank you again xxx
