Weight Update

So I am back on 12WBT.

I lost a bit of weight in the last month of the last round, now I just want to keep consistently going down. I figure the longer I eat well and exercise leading up to the wedding, the less I will have to stress about my body the weeks before it. This is a lot easier to do when you have a flawless plan given to you.

So far so good, my stats look like this after two weeks....

Weight Loss -2.1          % Weight Loss - 3.0

There is also a chance this week to win a set of scales by posting your inspiration board. Here is mine....

Last night I attempted the 20minute non-stop run again on C25K. For many of you this may not seem like a long time, but I have never been a runner. Sprinting yes, endurance HELLS NO! I had done the 20 minute run in the past, but last night I wanted to see if I could still do it and do it I did!!!! 20mins non-stop running!! I was fist pumping and high fiving A like I just won an Olympic gold medal lol.

With that out of the way I can continue on with C25K in the 7th week.. almost finished.

What inspires you to keep working out and eating right???

  2. You have already done so well, bet seeing the weight go down keeps you inspired..

haha 20 mins running... to me you are a machine, I massively fail at running so nice work!

Just keeping thinking how amazing you will look in your dress and it'll keep you on track :)

I'm now having the issue of not wanting to exercise as my dress is over and done with haha though still in the habbit of eating healthy so I'm ok with that at the moment... Ask me in 6 months when I've piled on the weight and it might be a different story!

Good luck with your weight loss, I'm sure you will get where you wanna be :)
